How to Find
Your Courses
1. Open our website – You can visit our website using any browser on your computer or phone.
2. Log in to your account – Click the profile icon (a small head icon) in the top right corner of the page. Enter your login details if you haven’t already.
3. Open the menu – Once logged in, move your mouse to / tap the arrow next to your profile icon. A dropdown menu will appear.
4. Go to "My Program" – Click "My Program" in the dropdown menu.
5. View your enrolled courses – You will now see a list of all the courses you have signed up for. Click on any course to start learning!
How to Refill Ink
In a Fountain Pen
1. Disassemble the Pen: Gently unscrew the pen body to separate the nib section from the ink reservoir.
2. Submerge the Nib: Insert the nib vertically into the ink bottle until it’s fully submerged.
3. Rotate the Converter: Slowly twist the converter (the pen’s filling mechanism at the rear) clockwise. This creates suction to draw ink into the reservoir.
4. Check for Resistance: If no ink flows after a few rotations, reverse the direction (twist counterclockwise) to release air pressure, then try again.
5. Moisten the Nib: Dip the nib into clean water for a moment before using. This helps improve ink flow and ensures a smoother drawing experience.
